1 baked pie crust
1 quart washed strawberries capped and sliced or halfed
Mix 2 tablespoons corn starch with 1 package of strawberry jello, 1 cup of sugar or sugar substitute
Add 1 cup water.
Cook over heat to a boil
Let cool
Place strawberries in pie crust, pour mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate and top with cool whip before serving.
