Broccoli Cheese Soup

10 oz frozen broccoli
10 oz frozen cauliflower
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 cups of water
2 cans of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 lb velveeta
small package of ham

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Pour in crockpot. add everything else. Cook on high for 6 hours.
