Cheesy Ham and Potato Bake


Another Favorite of mine!

1 2 lb pkg frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups (8 oz) cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups diced ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together soup, milk, and sour cream. Add in onion, garlic, and salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, ham, and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until hot and bubbly.
