Ritz Cracker Casserole!

This is so simple and one that the whole family will love. It is one of my favorites!

1 lb ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
3 cups diced chicken breast (about 4 breasts)
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1/2 lbs ritz crackers with 1 stick of butter melted in a 9 x 13 pan. Press down on bottom. Mix 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast. Add two cans cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water chestnuts and spread over crumbs. Top with remaining crackers. Bake 40-45 minutes.
