2 lbs lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa, divided
8 slices hot pepper jack cheese
Combine beef, taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup of salsa in large mixing bowl. Shape mixture into 8 patties. When patties are almost done, place buns upside down on grill for 1 to 2 minutes. Place patties on bottom half of buns with cheese and cook an additional minute until cheese melts. Top with heaping tablespoon salsa and guacamole.
