Blueberry Salad!


My mom use to make this all the time. In our family we always joked that it was a dessert instead of a side salad. It is really good. My family nicknamed it "PURPLE STUFF". It is so good.

3 oz. Raspberry Jello
21 oz. Blueberry pie filling
8 1/4 oz. can crushed Pineapple (do not drain)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sugar

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir pie filling and pineapple into jello mixture. Refrigerate until set. Combine rest of ingredients and spread on top of Jello mixture. Top with nuts.
